Knosys Limited (ASX: KNO), (“Knosys” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that ANZ has signed a two (2) year contract extension, with an optional 3rd year, for the continued use of Knosys’ Knowledge Management enterprise solution, KnowledgeIQ (KIQ). The total contract value for the 2-year period is $3.8million. Furthermore, Knosys will receive the full 2-year payment upfront, significantly enhancing Knosys’s cash flow and cash reserves.
KnowledgeIQ serves a critical role as a System of Record (SOR) in the AI value chain by acting as a centralized and authoritative data management platform. It functions as the trusted primary source for specific organizational data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across business processes. By serving as the definitive repository for information rather than a temporary storage layer, it helps prevent data inconsistencies and supports reliable decision-making.
Knosys Managing Director, John Thompson, said: “This contract extension reflects our long-standing relationship with ANZ and our ability to support their internal strategic initiatives such as the integration of a new AI assistant into their knowledge management portal. Over the next two years, we will be assisting ANZ in effectively utilising AI to improve employee workflows and customer service.”
