Customer Contact Week Australia 2020 - See you in 2021

This year’s CCW Week Australia and New Zealand has wrapped up after months of preparation and excitement. Contact Centre Week was held at the ‘The Star’ Gold Coast, Feb 25-28 and in terms of location – it doesn’t get much better!

With so many events and conferences cancelled due to the Corona Virus, we were lucky that CCW Australia wasn’t affected and that so many people still showed up and got into the spirit of the event.

CCW attracts a great pool of quality vendors and organisations investing by sending their top people along to learn, network and discover. We found that everyone we spoke to was open to discussion and fully engaged, which was shows the event really does offer a lot in the contact centre sphere.

This year CCW showed diversity by welcoming its main sponsor the Fijian Consulate who put on a spectacular cultural spectacle at the awards opening night. The Bula Bula theme saw the coconut cocktails flowing as guests were welcomed with their own lei and treated to a spectacular stage show from native Fijian dancers.

This was a really great way to break the ice and get people chatting and wetting the whistle and set the tone for the rest of the event.

As a solutions vendor for Knowledge Management it was great to see so many open-minded attendees who were genuinely there to learn, discover and participate in conversation.

We made some great contacts and had some valuable conversations with the people we spoke to.

Thank you to everyone who either came by our stand, had a chat and took away some Knosys swag, or who engaged with us away from the stand. We look forward to many follow up conversations and in seeing you all again next year and talking more about the value of knowledge management within your contact centre and support team structure.
